		<description>Just because someone&#039;s putting in time doesn&#039;t mean they are working.  The average worker spends as much as two hours daily on personal activity while in the workplace.  Which then means they have to do work at home to catch up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m a big proponent of &quot;a fair day&#039;s work for a fair day&#039;s wage.&quot;  Curtail personal stuff as much as possible to personal time during the day. And, if work can&#039;t be completed in a normal work week/day, then it has to carry over, not taken home.</description>
