Thanks, mate. You've read the Pavlina book, haven't you?

    I have two suggestions Mark:

    http://www.amazon.com/Back-Napkin-Solving-Probl...

    http://www.amazon.com/Theory-U-Leading-Future-E...

I thought they were both fantastic. First one is a quick read, the second one is heavier going.

    Hi Mark,

I take it that if you've bought “Flow”, you're interested in Positive Psychology. If this is the case I make the following two recommendations; 1) “A Primer in Positive Psychology by Christopher Peterson” & 2) “Self-Directed Behavior” by David L. Watson and Roland G. Tharp.

Don't be put off because these two books are aimed at the undergraduate psychology student, both are quite readable and give a good grounding in positive psychology and behavioral psychology respectively.

    Cheers

I'm just starting to learn a bit about Positive Psychology, mainly by accident, so we'll see. Thanks for the recommendations, though, Ben.

Yep. I like PD4SP more for the way it was organised. I really liked the framework and the structure of the book, but it did not deeply affect me like some others do, eg: conversations with god, and theory U.
