		<description>There&#039;s nothing wrong with starting as a &quot;lurker&quot;:  it&#039;s a good way to learn about the environment and understand the rules of engagement ahead of time, including how to contact other people.  At the same time, at some point it&#039;s best to dive in and test the waters.  It&#039;s good to have more people engaging in conversations and exchanging ideas.  :)</description>

		<description>Great article.  I think this really speaks to people just getting into the social media web (ie, me) who spend about 99% of the time lurking, reading, learning, forming cognitive connections between concepts and ideas before ever really jumping into the conversation.</description>
