		<description>I maintain a manual 'Top Posts' page for my blog for the same reason. The social media hits tend to be the quirky/humourous posts for me. But I'd like to show new readers I also have a serious and analytical side. It's a bit of a pain in the butt to maintain (as opposed to a Wordpress plugin), but I'd prefer to have a some personal control over what is categorised as a 'Top Post'.
