		<description>That was an interesting read. I just don't agree with the term "role model", as this is what you &lt;em&gt;can be&lt;/em&gt; (for others), but not &lt;em&gt;what you do&lt;/em&gt;. Name it what it is: an "&lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion_leader" rel="nofollow"&gt;opinion leader&lt;/a&gt;".</description>
