Typing up and deleting posts, and trying to figure out what I really have to offer an audience that they can't find from someone else. Plus, like you, I'm an introvert and I get interaction-fatigue from too much socializing anywhere--social media included. Hope you get through your "figuring out" phase okay, and that you find a direction that lets you shine. :) We'll be here reading whenever you get it all worked out.
